I tried it, used 10001 Zip and was offered three stores for carry out, but was not able to continue with my pizza configuration. Two stores didn't accept Internet orders and the third threw an error message.

Would be nice to have the stores ability to accept online orders built in as constraints to the online configurator.

Thanks for the post - I think we'll see restaurants improve their online ordering experiences in the upcoming years. Right now, many folks are just happy to have the ability to order online and despite these issues you and I experienced, the majority will be able to place an order without concern.

This changes when someone enters the market with a superior ordering experience. Competition and time will drive companies to improve the ordering process. Retailers understand this and the checkout process is as important as the pricing and products purchased. For restaurants venturing into online, right now it's still the food that's priority #1.

as you have detailed quite well, there's no breakdown of costs. I spent 30 min. dragging and dropping those stupid toppings trying to get the magic number. (yes, insanity but I was determined to figure it out) Admitting defeat or rather, deciding their was a "bug" in their system, I called the store directly and they were able to do the same deal. (supposedly only 1 topping instead of 3 is offered on this promotion when calling) For comparison sake, I can easily order from PapaJohns.com with no problem so although lame enough to spend an hour on this, I do know how to order a pizza online. Even more lame is that after seeing how old this post is, Pizza Hutt has still not addressed these glaring issues in the past year. (hmmm.., had to split this post, I guess I ramble too much!)
