I am currently writing my Master Thesis just about &quot;Six Sigma for Websites&quot; It seems as since you wrote your article not much has changed out there - and it&#039;s really hard to find any other &quot;experts&quot; talking about this stuff out there in the web. 
Have you found some other information, studies or experiences concerning this topic. 
If yes, I would really appreaciate it if you could inform me about them per mail.
